Overlooking the iconic Avenue of the Arts in Philadelphia, the Arthaus luxury condominiums provide an upscale respite from the lively Center City environment. Madison collaborated with the Dranoff design team to outfit the amenities spaces with art and accessories that reflect the vibrant culture and diverse history of not just the city, but the site on which Arthaus resides.

The collection in the lobby space pays homage to the famed Philadelphia International Records studio that stood at this address for decades, while the collections in the library, clubroom, boardroom, 6th and 7th floor public corridors as well as the management office exemplify the pride of Philadelphia, humbling architecture and design images and artifacts and worldly dreams of residents and visitors.
